Through the use of several different elements, the company strives to educate all individuals, prevent accidents and promote a culture of safety. When unfortunate accidents do occur, employees are educated on how to immediately and safely respond to a number of situations. Furthermore, through reviewing the company safety manual annually, attending safety meetings twice each week, and complying with onsite job inspections, our field staff constantly implements the company’s safety practices. The company makes every effort to ensure that each person works with the necessary personal protective equipment, knowledge and tools. All employees are part of the safety training program, frequent safety jobsite inspections and the continuous safety conversation.
